My mother started teaching me how to cook ever since I could reach the stove. We would role play Julia Child in the kitchen, minus all the wine.

I graduated from The Cooking Hospitality Institute of Chicago, Le Cordon Bleu. After graduating I worked in 2 very popular restaurants in Las Vegas satisfying hundreds of clients per night.
